We are now looking for a Product Coordinator who wants to take a central role in our product department. You will be the link between product development, suppliers, sales, and marketing. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating the operational product flow and ensuring that our product data, documentation, and processes maintain high quality throughout the entire product journey - from the first sample and supplier contact to finished products at our retailers and in their customer portals. This is a role for you who enjoys administration, coordination, and structure. You like keeping many parallel processes together, have an eye for detail, and are driven by creating order and quality in daily work. Your main responsibilities: Coordinate supplier relationships through ongoing dialogue, onboarding, and administration of supplier agreements and documentation. Responsible for coordinating samples and product data, including ordering, follow-up, testing, and administration in PLM systems and retailers' customer portals. Ensure that product-related documentation, such as material data, size charts, Care Guides, and other product information, is correct, updated, and accessible. Drive and follow up on complaint cases and ensure efficient dialogue and documentation with our suppliers. Coordinate sustainability and regulatory compliance work related to products and suppliers, including collecting, administering, and following up on sustainability and CSR documentation and identifying deviations. Provide operational support to sales, marketing, and retailers by coordinating product information, samples, and other product-related administration. Contribute to developing and improving our working methods within product administration, product data, and product flows. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is structured, thorough, and solution-oriented. You enjoy coordinating many parallel activities, collaborate easily, and like creating order and quality in daily work. We are looking for you who have: Experience in product coordination, product administration, or similar roles in fashion, sports, or outdoor. Experience with PLM systems or other product data tools. Experience working with retailers' customer portals. Experience in complaint handling is a merit. A structured approach to work, good system skills, and an eye for detail. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
