Producer with Sales Responsibility

AKT2 Scenkonst is an independent professional theater group aimed at children & young people. Starting Fall 26, we have now received support from Region Stockholm and are seeking a producer with strong connections to municipalities and schools who can help grow our operations. About AKT2 AKT2 Scenkonst produces classroom performances where theater is used as a method to create conversations relevant to children & young people such as mental health, norms, identity, and violence. Our first production, El Sueco, is performed directly in the classroom and followed by a structured conversation and follow-up work according to Unghästen's method Trygga klassrum. The performance has already been staged over 90 times and received very strong responses from both students and school staff. Now we are building up operations in Stockholm. The Assignment We are seeking someone who wants to build up AKT2's sales and booking operations. You have experience selling performing arts or culture to schools and municipalities and understand how decision-making processes work. Perhaps you have worked with Skapande skola, at a theater, or within a cultural administration. You have a network within schools, municipalities, or the cultural sector, enjoy creating new relationships, and are motivated by building up operations long-term. You will primarily: develop and drive AKT2's sales to schools and municipalities use and develop your network to create new collaborations schedule meetings and build long-term customer relationships identify new business opportunities and develop our customer base plan tours and contribute to the long-term development of operations Compensation Compensation by agreement.
