Group & Conference Travel Service Producer

About the Role As a producer, you're responsible for the entire process, from the first customer conversation and idea through booking, execution, and follow-up. You create creative concepts, maintain contact with suppliers, coordinate the logistics, and ensure that every detail works when it really matters. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure and who gets energized by creating experiences and building long-term customer relationships. We Believe You Have · Experience producing and packaging group trips in the travel industry · Good geographic knowledge, especially of European destinations · Experience with group bookings in Amadeus · Good knowledge of Excel and Word · Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written If you've completed TRAC training or worked with group ticketing in Amadeus, that's a plus.
