What to expect in this position? • Counter sales to customers (confectionery, baguettes, cold and hot cuisine); • cashier work (cash, cards); • ensuring daily cafeteria operations; • operating cafeteria equipment; • washing used dishes; • cleaning sales areas and cafeteria back-of-house; • irregular assistance with event organization (catering, receptions, banquets, wine tastings, etc.); • covering for the cafeteria manager during their absence.
