Your Role Aerospace Systems is facing exciting and challenging commitments and is now seeking a driven and positive Procurement Support professional for its Contract & Sourcing department. The department is responsible for procurement and parts of business development and works closely between the business brought in and what is procured. Now we want YOU to come work with us! Within Strategic Procurement, we are responsible for ensuring that suppliers comply with our agreements and commercial terms, developing new and existing suppliers, as well as maintaining and improving the cost structure for material packages in our business. We are currently about 15 employees and the work is characterized by both internal contacts here at Saab and external contacts with our suppliers and customers. The role of Procurement Support includes both purely administrative parts such as travel bookings and preparations for visits, but the role focuses on contributing to operations through such as article and supplier maintenance in our business system, financial monitoring for the department, as well as being the contact point for suppliers and owner of our supplier portal. Examples of your tasks: · Financial monitoring of the section's line budget · Supplier and article maintenance in our business system · Coordination in our work environment efforts · Owner of and support for our supplier portals · Participation in onboarding of new employees · Travel bookings and visit management · Meeting and decision management · Contract monitoring and archiving · Prepare presentation materials Your Profile We are looking for you who is a team player, service-oriented and comfortable with a fast pace, and understand the importance of your contribution to the team's (department's) performance. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities where you need to be unpretentious and proactive and enjoy contributing by facilitating the department as a whole. Since your day will be characterized by many contact points, your communication skills and social competence will be highly valued. We would like to see that you have experience in a similar role and it will be an advantage if you are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to facilitate and improve your efficiency. Since our suppliers are located around the world, in addition to Swedish you should feel comfortable expressing yourself in English both verbally and in writing. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security protection regulations in effect at any given time.
