Heidelberg Materials cement factory in Slite is being converted to manufacture cement with near-zero net carbon dioxide emissions. Initially, the vocational introduction takes place during daytime with scheduled theoretical and practical modules, after which you will transition to a 3-shift schedule, meaning you work daytime, evenings, and weekends year-round. During your shift work, you will work closely with our experienced colleagues while building your skills. The vocational introduction lasts 12 months with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months. During the trainee period, you will have the opportunity to apply for open positions in our production. Many of our employees began their development with us as trainees. It is an advantage if you have worked in teams before. Secondary education and a Class B driver's license are required, as well as strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
