About the role
As a process technician, you will have a central role in ensuring stable and efficient production on the coating line. You work closely with production and experienced mechanics, with a focus on improving processes, reducing disruptions and improving quality. This is a role for you who enjoys working close to production and wants to make a real difference in daily work.
Your responsibilities
Optimize and develop processes on the coating line
Troubleshoot and analyze production disruptions together with mechanics
Drive and follow up on improvement work within quality and efficiency
Ensure correct process parameters and documentation
Participate in maintenance work and contribute to preventive measures
Conduct root cause analyses when problems occur
Develop and update work instructions
Contribute to projects related to new equipment and investments
We are looking for you who have
Technical education in production, machinery or similar
Experience from process technical work within manufacturing industry
Understanding of automated production processes
Experience with practical troubleshooting in production
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Extra merits
Experience in coating or surface treatment
Knowledge of Lean or improvement work
Experience working closely with maintenance/mechanics
Basic knowledge of automation/PLC
