Process Technician for our concrete factory in Norrköping
We are seeking a process technician for our concrete factory in Norrköping. In this role, you will work closely with our daily production and be responsible for operation, sampling, and ongoing maintenance of the factory.
About the Role
As a process technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling concrete production through our systems, screens, and control panels. The work is based in the control room where you monitor production, handle deviations, and ensure quality is maintained.
The position also includes:
Planning incoming deliveries and outgoing concrete transports
Continuous sampling of concrete
Preventative maintenance and daily care of the factory
Contact with customers as well as collaboration with drivers, suppliers, and colleagues
Contributing to an efficient and development-focused approach in production
This is a full-time position
Who Are You?
We are seeking someone with technical secondary education or equivalent work experience.

Have a technical interest and are comfortable working with control systems and machinery
Are solution-oriented and take your own initiative
Find it easy to follow procedures, rules, and safety instructions
Thrive in a role with many points of contact where collaboration is an important part of daily work
Requirements
Class B driver's license
Meritorious
Concrete certification class 2
Experience with service, maintenance, and repairs of machinery, engines, or similar
