Job Description As a process technician, you are responsible for the operation, manufacturing, and monitoring of automated production processes and technical systems. The role involves ensuring that the facility's products are manufactured with high quality, safety, and process stability in accordance with established instructions. The work combines various practical production tasks such as operation, maintenance, and changeovers, with careful documentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement work in a regulated environment. Responsibilities Manufacturing and Operation: Perform production tasks and documentation according to applicable instructions, including preparatory work and changeovers. Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and manufacturing systems. Process Optimization: Identify improvement areas and analyze losses that affect planned process steps. Technical Expertise: Assist with technical and process expertise on projects, deviation investigations, change requests, and during regulatory inspections. Work Environment and Safety: Actively contribute to a safe work environment by participating in environmental rounds, reporting incidents and hazardous conditions, and implementing improvement measures. Qualifications High school diploma or post-secondary studies in a technical field. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Ability to work all shifts (evenings, nights, and weekends). Merits: Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated manufacturing. Documented experience working in accordance with SOPs and batch protocols. Relevant certifications in the field.
