Process Monitor - Metal Production

Skogslunds Metallgjuteri is part of a small foundry group together with VÅ Pressgjuteri and Skanslack, all included in SkansIsa Group Holding AB. Within the group, we primarily offer cast aluminum components produced using die-casting and press-casting methods, in small to large series. Process Monitor - Metal Production at Skogslunds Metallgjuteri Do you want to work in a modern and technically advanced production environment where you play an important role in ensuring stable operations and high quality? We are now seeking a process monitor for metal production at our facility in Anderstorp. About the Role As a process monitor, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes within aluminum casting and post-processing. You monitor and control automated production and, when needed, actively participate in and support manual production. You work actively to ensure efficient production, high quality, and trouble-free operations in our processes. Your Responsibilities Monitor and ensure stable and efficient production processes in our processing machines/CNC machines. Track production data and identify deviations. Work on process optimization and continuous improvements. Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve operational disruptions. Ensure that products and processes meet quality requirements. Collaborate with the production team and, when needed, work with manual machines/production. Collaborate with the maintenance team to prevent downtime. Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. We Are Looking for You ✔ Have experience from manufacturing industry, process industry, or production operations. ✔ Have technical interest and good understanding of production processes. ✔ Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. ✔ Enjoy analyzing problems and working on improvement initiatives. ✔ Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team. ✔ Have a forklift license and/or experience with industrial business systems (a merit).
