WORK TASKS As a process operator at Henriksdals treatment plant, you play a central role in ensuring that our treatment process runs safely, efficiently, and environmentally responsibly. You work monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the facility's processes, both from the control room and out in the field. The work includes daily supervision, troubleshooting, operational measures, and simpler maintenance tasks. In collaboration with your colleagues and other professional groups, you contribute to safe and stable operations while helping develop work methods and routines as new technology and future sustainability demands evolve. It's a varied job where you work closely with other staff to ensure the facility's operations. As a process operator, you'll also participate in various improvement projects at the plant. Shift/on-call duty is included. On-call duty means you monitor the plant on-site in the evenings and then have on-call availability at home during nighttime hours during your on-call week. Other regular working hours are Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00; we also have a favorable flexible working hours system. We are announcing two permanent positions based at the facility in Henriksdal, Nacka. The employments will begin with a six-month probationary period. Your main work tasks: • Daily rounds • Facility operation, operational monitoring and process adjustment (PCS7) • Process-related maintenance such as cleaning basins and equipment, chemical handling • Simple mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and participation during acute operational disruptions and planned operational measures. • Project participation QUALIFICATIONS For success in this role, we believe you are thorough and quality-conscious, with an eye for detail and a natural drive to maintain high standards in your work. You are technically interested and solution-oriented, which means you quickly identify and handle any challenges that arise. Your flexibility and ability to adapt to change mean you thrive in a dynamic environment with occasionally high pace. We want you to have: • Relevant vocational training such as process technician, water and environmental technician, or equivalent professional experience • Good computer skills and an easy time learning new systems. • Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish • Good collaboration skills but also take own initiative • B-driver's license It is meritorious if you have experience working at treatment plants and experience with operational monitoring systems.
