Your Responsibilities
As a process operator at Gränges, you will work to monitor, control, and optimize production equipment in manufacturing. The role is varied and practical with responsibility for ensuring safe, efficient, and quality production.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Monitor, control, and optimize production equipment
Manage material flows, machine settings, and quality controls
Document and report production events
Collaborate closely with technicians and team colleagues
Working hours: Shift work
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Has technical interest and practical hands-on skills
Is thorough, responsible, and flexible in your work approach
Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
Understands the importance of following procedures and safety regulations
Previous experience from industry is a merit, but not a requirement – your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter.
Requirements:
Class B driver's license
Good Swedish, spoken and written
Forklift and reach truck certification
