Process Operator at Laxå Pellets – Do you want to be part of driving production forward? Laxå Pellets is growing and is now seeking an engaged Process Operator for our facility in Laxå. We are looking for someone who not only wants to monitor production – but wants to be part of developing it. You are a person who takes responsibility, sees opportunities for improvement and has the desire to contribute to efficient, safe and sustainable production. About the role As a process operator, you are an important part of our operations. You work to monitor and control the production process, ensure high quality and contribute to the facility operating optimally around the clock. We strive for broad expertise within the production team and actively work with job rotation, which means you get the opportunity to work with several parts of the operation. In addition to process monitoring, the role also includes operating a front-end loader and forklift. Work tasks ✔ Monitoring and control of the production process ✔ Operational and quality controls ✔ Troubleshooting and basic maintenance ✔ Reporting and documentation ✔ Active work with safety, order and improvement efforts ✔ Operation of front-end loader and forklift ✔ Collaboration with colleagues in production and maintenance Who are you?
