Your Role
As a process operator, you will work in a team with significant impact on daily operations. You will lead and distribute work tasks ranging from monitoring, controlling, and correcting the process to acting in various situations that arise – sometimes under pressure. Rotation is part of the shift schedule, which means work in the plants is combined with control room duties, all together with helpful colleagues. You will perform first-level inspections and error reporting, as well as set up and adjust machinery and conduct process sampling. We see that you as a person have strong communication skills, stress management ability, and the capacity to multitask.
What You Bring
Secondary education with passing grades is required, preferably with a technical focus
Class B driver's license is required for all positions at LKAB
Fluent knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken, is required
Process experience from LKAB or similar operations is a merit
Experience as a control room operator is a merit
