We are looking for a process operator for our client in Gothenburg. The role offers a technically developing workday in an engaged team with a focus on quality, safety, and the future. About the Position As a process operator, you are responsible for monitoring and running production in a safe and quality-conscious manner. The work takes place in close collaboration with other departments and in smaller teams, which requires good collaboration skills and clear communication. The role requires technical education or equivalent experience, good technical understanding, and practical hands-on skills as maintenance and troubleshooting are part of the work. Working hours are five-shift Formal Qualifications To be relevant for the position, we see that you have: Technical education or experience deemed equivalent Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written High safety and quality mindset Computer proficiency as everything is controlled via computerized/electronic systems Personal drive, engagement, and flexibility Assembler experience Meritorious Handling of lab instruments as verifications/inspections are part of the work.
