We are now looking for a Process Manager for the Engineering Governance section who wants to contribute to developing our work methods and ensure efficient, quality-assured processes in a complex, high-tech operation. The Engineering Governance section is responsible for several company-wide areas and processes, including change management, product safety, environmental impact, intellectual property and patents, product performance, deviation handling, and the tailoring process. As a Process Manager, you will be an important part of developing the business and creating conditions for continued success. Your Future Role As a Process Manager, you will develop, coordinate, and follow up on processes and improvement initiatives within Engineering. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with managers, process owners, and employees throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Map, analyze, and develop work processes Identify improvement areas and develop action plans Drive business development and change management Lead work groups and participate in workshops Coordinate processes and activities across different business areas Follow up, measure, and report on process results Ensure that decided improvement initiatives are implemented and deliver the desired impact Train and support employees and process owners in work methods, processes, and methodology Contribute to a culture characterized by continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning You will be part of the section's management team and report directly to the Section Manager. You will also be part of the Engineering Process Manager Group, which together is responsible for leading, planning, and following up on Engineering's process and development work. Who Are You? You likely have: Academic training as an engineer or equivalent relevant education Experience in process management, business development, or improvement work is a merit Experience from manufacturing or other complex operations is a merit Strong ability to analyze, prioritize, and evaluate initiatives based on business goals and resources Strong ability to think strategically and operationally with a focus on results Good communication skills in Swedish and English As a person, you are engaged, relationship-building, and have a coaching leadership style. You find it easy to create participation, build networks, and get people involved in development work. You combine a strategic perspective with the ability to implement ideas in practice.
