We are now looking for a process manager for Bromangymnasiet, our excellent upper secondary school that serves as a natural gathering place for approximately 1,350 students and 180 staff members. At Bromangymnasiet, we offer 14 national programs, IM as well as adapted upper secondary education. In the school's facilities you will also find functions such as study and career guidance, administration, reception and student health services. The gymnasium is part of the same operational area as municipal adult education, Lärvux, University College and learning centers, which allows us to collaborate and share resources in a seamless way. Duties As a process manager, you are a support to school management in systematic quality work and are responsible for leading, coordinating and following up development processes within the operation. Your duties will include leading and coordinating the school's development and improvement work. Drive and develop systematic quality work. Analyze results and identify development areas as well as coordinate documentation, follow-up and evaluation. NOTE! Your Profile We are looking for someone with higher education in pedagogy, school leadership or another relevant field. You have experience with school development and quality work. You have good knowledge of governing documents and the upper secondary school's mission. You have good analytical ability and can translate data into development initiatives, and you are a skilled communicator and have an easy way of creating participation. About the Department We teach children to read, count and discover the world around them. Here we follow our youngest residents from preschool until they graduate from upper secondary school. Through our adult education, you can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses or pursue longer education.
