Your Challenges and Opportunities:
Innovative Leadership: You will lead and inspire our logistics team, implement and anchor standardized processes and working methods within the logistics and transport organization to maximize efficiency and quality in our processes. Your contribution will be key to creating a culture that promotes continuous improvement and working methods that simplify things for our employees.
Improvement in Focus: Your role involves supporting and driving improvements in operations, and you are experienced in leading change. You will be an advocate for best practices and continuous improvement in our core processes, with a strong focus on exceeding our customers' expectations.
Structured Process Documentation: Contribute to developing our process documentation within Logistics' management system. You will ensure that documentation is current, user-friendly, and reflects the highest standards in the industry.
Representation in Interface Forums: Serve as Transport's representative in cross-functional interfaces within Logistics and in relevant projects. Your engagement will be crucial to ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
We're Looking for You Who:
Have knowledge and experience of successfully operating/leading a business based on Lean and/or agile approaches.
Have the ability to coach and provide valuable feedback, contributing to learning and development.
Have a proactive approach to identifying improvements and best practices, and the ability to communicate and document these in a simple and clear way.
Have experience leading projects and a strong drive to take them to success.
Meritorious Competencies and Experience:
Higher education in the field.
Familiarity with MS365.
Experience working with ISO standards, laws, and requirements.
Good understanding of logistics and logistics flows.
Good ability to describe and visualize processes (Value Stream Mapping).
