Job Description
We are seeking a structured and driven process engineer/technician to join our VP&Oil team at Power Transformers. You will work in a small team that continuously strives to develop our drying and oil treatment processes. Key to success is that we constantly improve our manufacturing efficiency. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset who is structured and clear in word and action. We also believe you enjoy being challenged by clear performance targets.

How you will make an impact
You will identify, recommend, and drive improvements in existing processes.
The role also includes leading structured analyses and working with quality development.
Drive failure investigations and troubleshoot processes
Lead and participate in structured work to identify and reduce risks in our processes
Structure and maintain information about our processes.

Your background
We are looking for someone with an interest and previous work experience in process safety, programming, and control technology. Experience with CAD is a merit
You have previous experience working in a dynamic, international, and multicultural environment with many points of contact.
You thrive in active teamwork and contribute to smooth collaboration.
You are results-oriented, which makes it natural for you to strive to exceed goals and continuously work on improvements to create efficiency.
Experience with Vapor Phase processes and oil systems is also a merit
Requirement for very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
