Welcome with your application! Your Next Challenge As a Process Engineer, you are part of a team of process engineers within the Engineering and Development department. You will primarily work on behalf of the production and maintenance organization for the pulp and paper mill. You coordinate and collaborate on process development issues and contribute with process technical expertise. The role includes leading or participating in joint improvement projects, where you work with optimization and problem-solving within your area of operation. This means planning, coordinating, implementing, and reporting projects and investigations in the operation. You work with following technical development, you stay updated within the industry, and have a good understanding of the operation's needs. Who Are You? We are looking for you who have a Master's degree in Engineering with a relevant focus, whether you are a newly graduated engineer who wants to grow in your role, or you are an experienced engineer with a solid background from the process industry. We see the possibility of shaping the role based on your experience and your strengths. As a person, you are curious and you find ways to tackle complex challenges with a structured work approach. You enjoy leading your own assignments and drive your work forward with your own initiative. You are analytical, skilled at collaboration, and can handle requirements from different stakeholders.
