Then this might be the role for you. About the Role We are now looking for a Process Development Manager who wants to play a central role in developing our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality functions to drive both daily improvements and larger development projects within the operation. In this role, you are responsible for developing and optimizing processes in areas such as machining, sheet metal work, pipe manufacturing, welding, surface treatment, painting, and quality control. With a focus on efficiency, quality, and long-term sustainability, you will lead improvement initiatives from the idea phase through implementation. Your responsibilities include: Driving and leading improvement projects within production. Analyzing process performance and identifying development opportunities. Implementing new working methods and procedures for increased efficiency and quality. Training and supporting employees in improvement and development work. Ensuring that processes comply with applicable regulations and industry standards. Participating in and driving the implementation of new technology and innovative solutions in manufacturing flows. Collaborating cross-functionally to create a competitive and future-proof production environment. You will become part of the operation's cross-functional management and will have the opportunity to influence the development of a modern and expanding production environment. Your Profile To succeed in this role, we see that you are analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in an environment where collaboration and development are in focus. You take initiative readily, work in a structured manner, and have the ability to drive projects from start to finish. You are a communicative person who builds good relationships and has an aptitude for translating analyses into concrete improvement measures. We are Looking for Someone Who Has An engineering degree or equivalent technical education, preferably with a focus on manufacturing. At least 1-3 years of experience in process development or similar work within manufacturing industry. Experience driving improvement work within Lean or similar improvement frameworks. Good analytical skills and problem-solving experience. Experience leading or participating in development and improvement projects.
