In the role of Private Advisor, you will work with financial advice and tailor solutions for the bank's private customers. Meet our customers at our offices, digitally via Teams, and by phone. Develop existing customer relationships and create new business contacts. Identify customer needs, future plans, and upcoming opportunities to tailor solutions to the customer's specific goals and needs. Monitor developments regarding regulations, digital tools, and instructions. About you: We are looking for someone who keeps the customer in focus—it is important that they feel seen and cared for. We see that you are communicative, structured, and flexible, which means you can manage your day independently over time. You are outgoing and driven by reaching set goals and making good business deals. You are motivated by customer meetings and strive to provide the best service. To succeed, you must always work to find solutions based on customer needs and provide the best possible advice, and together with your colleagues, you take responsibility for driving the bank's business forward. The work requires you to have good analytical skills and be skilled at communicating both verbally and in writing. It is also important that you as a person are open to new ways of working, as we continuously adapt to the demand for both physical and digital meetings. Requirements: A driver's license is a requirement to be able to travel to the bank's other offices for possible exchanges or meetings. We see that you have a secondary school diploma, where we believe an economic focus is good for the role. If you have experience from private forest ownership and/or education in forestry, forestry management, or forest economics, we see that as a merit. Previous sales and service experience where you have worked with customers. Fluent Swedish and good English proficiency, both verbally and in writing.
