Private Banking Advisor with Mortgage Focus at SEB Låna & Spara in Malmö

We are now recruiting a private banking advisor with a focus on mortgages to SEB Låna & Spara in Malmö, starting October 13. About the Position As a private banking advisor, you will work to help private customers with matters related to mortgages, savings, and personal finance. You will be an important part of the customer journey and support customers through both new and existing mortgage cases via phone, digital meetings, and other customer interactions. In this role, you will help customers with their existing needs and identify new opportunities where SEB's products and services can create value. You will be part of a team where customer experience is central and where development and learning are a natural part of everyday work. As a private banking advisor, you will mainly: • Manage customers' mortgage cases from application to completed loan • Provide advice on mortgages and personal finance • Schedule meetings with customers via phone, video calls, and digital channels • Ensure that customers receive the right advice based on their needs This position is a direct recruitment to SEB with a start date of October 13, 2026. You will be located in SEB's Låna & Spara department in central Malmö. The position is full-time with working hours on weekdays between 7:45 AM–6:15 PM. About You We are looking for someone who is motivated by helping people and thrives in a role where customer contact, advisory, and business acumen go hand in hand. You have an interest in personal finance, are attentive to customer needs, and are driven by creating long-term relationships. We would like to see that you have relevant work experience in advisory or sales that allows you to understand customers' situations. Essential for the position: • Complete secondary school education • Experience in service, sales, or customer contact • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English • Good communication skills and professional demeanor • Ability to identify customer needs and a solution-oriented approach • Good understanding of economic relationships and an interest in financial matters Meritorious for the position: • Relevant university or college education • Experience from the banking or financial industry • Swedsec advisor license or mortgage license We place great importance on your personal qualities.
