PRISMA Security Seeks Boat Operator for Maritime Patrol Section

About PRISMA Security PRISMA Security is an authorized security company authorized by the Police Authority and the County Administrative Board, headquartered in Stockholm. We have been in operation since 2013 and have worked with law enforcement, security services, and coordinating functions in both small and large-scale operations. Now we are growing and are seeking a Boat Operator / Maritime Patrol Officer with at least Vessel Officer Class 8 certification for our maritime section. Your Role As an employed boat operator / maritime patrol officer at PRISMA Security, you are expected to conduct independent night patrols between 20:00-07:00. The purpose of patrols is to prevent crime and cooperate with other law enforcement agencies. We place great importance on personal suitability and expect you to meet the following basic requirements: We believe you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle stress. You are interested in maritime operations and understand instructions easily. You are independent but also work well in a team. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes those around you feel secure. What does the position require? You must have a high school diploma with passing grades in Swedish and English. For employment at PRISMA Security, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment with an authorized security company. We prefer that you are also trained as a security guard; if you lack this training, we will provide it. Selection tests will be used in evaluating candidates for the position. Selection is ongoing. It is advantageous if you have worked in the public security sector (Police, Customs, Prison Service, Armed Forces, Coast Guard) or as a security officer with duties such as patrols or alarm response.
