Job Responsibilities: - Processing complex construction quotes, inquiries, and evaluation of offers, - Preparation and processing of budgets, - Communication with designers, suppliers, and investors, - Processing calculations and cost breakdowns for construction work, - Processing all documentation required for creating quotes, - Preparation of documents for concluding: Work Contracts, Amendments, etc., Requirements: - Basic knowledge in the field of civil construction, - PC skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook; knowledge of Build Power software is welcome, - Flexibility, responsibility, and communication skills, - Ability to read and navigate project documentation, - Prior experience is not required We Offer: - Salary: 30,000 Kč to 45,000 Kč - depending on experience and work performance, - Long-term perspective with a stable company, - Interesting work in a promising and dynamic team, - Opportunity for self-realization and professional growth, - Opportunity to acquire the most modern knowledge of management methods in construction practice, - Salary increases commensurate with knowledge, experience, and work performance, - Performance bonuses depending on the economic results of completed projects, - Work location: Ostrava construction facility, ul.
