We're looking for a partner for Brno and Rosice who will connect our designers with reality on site and ensure that our own construction projects make sense both technically and economically. A Bridge Between Design and Construction: You collaborate with our designers already in the study phase – providing them feedback from the perspective of execution and costs. Preparation for Construction Management: You divide the construction into packages (earthwork, MEP, façade...) and prepare documentation for our site managers. Technical and Price Analysis: You find ways to build more efficiently (Value Engineering). Modern Workflow: We work with BIM data and AI tools. We don't want manual spreadsheet entries from you, but analytical thinking. What Do We Offer?
