Training period: 12/2/2026 to 18/5/2026 Main activities and responsibilities? - Plan and conduct selection procedures for suppliers of building parts/materials and evaluate offers - Divide construction contracts into individual sub-units according to project documentation - Search for suitable suppliers for selection procedures based on budget and project documentation - Communication and coordination of construction work in cooperation with the construction manager, foreman and estimator and participation in site inspection days - Preparation of orders and documents for concluding contracts with individual suppliers - Prepare documents for DSPS, ensure related administration - Coordinate the purchase of building materials. What knowledge and skills should you have? - At least secondary education in construction field with high school diploma - Understanding of project documentation - Professional experience in the field - Driver's license category B - Good user knowledge of MS Office package, especially Word and Excel - Independence, time flexibility.
