First contact with employer: Jakub Krejza, [email protected] Additional information: Authorized Service Center for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles with many years of history is looking for a Reception Technician/Service Technician to join our team What can we offer you? o work with a premium brand o training and further professional education o discount on company products/services o meal vouchers o company events o work clothing What awaits you? o receiving vehicles for repair / returning vehicles to customers o receiving service orders, coordinating vehicle repairs and coordinating mechanics' work in the workshop o identifying service interventions, proposing price calculations o responsibility for the schedule of orders / repairs o customer communication o friendly team o financially stable company background o working hours from 7:00 - 16:00 (1 hour for lunch) What knowledge and skills should you have? o technical knowledge in the field of vehicle repairs o customer focus, pleasant demeanor, organizational and communication skills o independence and reliability o high school education with diploma o English language knowledge at communication level o experience in a similar position is an advantage o driver's license group B (C or E is an advantage) o willingness to learn new things, ability to contribute to teamwork Start date possible immediately or by agreement.
