Prevention Specialist for Children and Youth Out-of-School Activities

[] Work Location: Staré Křečany č.p. 39 407 61 Staré Křečany A Prevention Specialist is a key position for daily work with children and youth, particularly in leisure activities, public spaces, and preventive programs. The goal of this work is to provide children and young people with a safe environment, reduce risky behavior, strengthen positive relationships, and support their participation in education. Basic Requirements • Clean criminal record; • At least secondary education completed with a high school diploma; • Good communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work with children, adolescents, parents, and groups; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Knowledge of the local environment and community is a plus. Main Activities 1. Regular leisure and preventive activities 2. Field-based preventive work 3. Youth motivation and engagement 4. Collaboration with schools 5. Community work 6. Documentation and evaluation Requirements for Applicants • Active and welcoming approach to children and young people; • Ability to work with diverse target groups, including children and youth from socially excluded environments; • Resilience under stress, ability to remain calm in conflict or unclear situations; • Willingness to work in afternoon hours and potentially at community events according to project schedule; • Ability to maintain required documentation and share information within the work team; • Respect for safety rules, child protection, confidentiality, and personal data protection.
