Home healthcare services are governed by law and primarily regulated by the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Care Act (HsL). With the individual in focus, services are implemented through assistance to people who need help and support at home, special housing, temporary short-term placement needs, and personal assistance. All instances in the chain contribute to quality and safe care for our care recipients. There are three nursing homes in Stenungsund Municipality; Tallåsen, Lövberga, and Pressaregården. WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant, you will perform standard tasks within elderly care. An important part of the work is creating a meaningful daily life for the individual, where you take into account each care recipient's individual needs and circumstances. You will work based on contact person responsibilities and implementation plans, and have close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff and nurses. The work includes documentation and, on delegation, performing health and medical care tasks. The employment degree varies between 80-100%. Your working hours will be scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. We are seeking 2-3 nursing assistants. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you if you: • Have completed the Care and Support Program or another education deemed equivalent by the employer • Have good computer skills • Speak and write Swedish fluently Furthermore, we see that you want to work with development and have a solution-focused approach, enjoy working in a team where the individual is the center. Meritorious: • Experience in elderly care • Good knowledge in documentation, BPSD, IBIC, and LifeCare (documentation software). Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
