We are looking for a team member for the Olomouc team in the position of Acceptance Technician / Service Advisor - this position is suitable for both women and men; what is important to us is your approach, attention to detail, and communication with customers. Job Responsibilities - Accepting vehicles into service and communicating with customers (in person and administratively). - Identifying customer requirements, proposing solutions, and agreeing on the scope of work. - Creating service orders in the internal system, computer work (MS Office, internal systems, online catalogs, etc.). - Coordinating the progress of work orders with the workshop (deadlines, dependencies, additional work). - Keeping customers informed of repair status and any changes. - Handing over the vehicle after repair and explaining the work performed. What We're Looking For - Experience in the automotive environment is an advantage (e.g., service advisor, acceptance technician, warranty technician, mechanic, claims technician, etc.). - Knowledge of automotive operations and understanding of service workflows. - Reliability, independence, and natural communication skills. - Technical thinking and ability to follow through on tasks. - Willingness to learn new things and grow. - Category B driver's license.
