We are looking for a practical person who can lead people, has respect thanks to experience, and can keep production running smoothly without excuses and chaos. What you will do: organizing work on the production line - task assignment, scheduling, efficient use of working hours, activities during changeovers, cleaning and handling production downtime assigning work to employees and managing your assigned team quality control and adherence to technological procedures troubleshooting with equipment and maintaining basic documentation oversight of occupational health and safety, order, maintenance, and material utilization communicating information between the team and management, proposing improvements Work takes place in a two-shift operation from Monday to Friday - weekends and evenings belong to family or rest.
