We are looking for a junior precision electronics technician for an extended assignment in Stockholm. This position is suitable for you if you want to work with assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting of electronic products in a controlled and quality-driven environment. For this position, you must be a citizen of a NATO country and be able to undergo and pass a security clearance. About the Position As a junior precision electronics technician, you will perform detailed assembly work, basic soldering, and functional testing under supervision. You will participate in production and testing activities, document completed work according to procedures, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality requirements are met. The role offers an opportunity to grow technically and take on more responsibility over time. Perform precision assembly of electronic components and small mechanical parts. Carry out basic soldering and visual inspection of assembled circuits. Perform functional tests and final inspections according to instructions and document results. Follow work instructions, work orders, and applicable quality procedures. Participate in improvement and organization initiatives such as 5S to maintain a safe work environment. About You We are looking for a service-oriented and willing-to-learn person with an interest in electronics and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy practical work, take responsibility for quality in your performance, and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. You have previous experience from production or training in electronics or electrical work. Meticulous and quality-conscious Structured and problem-solving oriented Curious and want to develop technically Fluent in English (English is the working language). Swedish occurs in communication between colleagues. Formal Qualifications Vocational or high school education in electrical, electronics, or equivalent practical experience. Basic experience with hand soldering and working with small components. Familiar with measuring instruments such as multimeters. Basic computer skills and ability to document in systems. Meritorious Experience with micro-soldering or work with SMD components. Knowledge of blueprint reading or simple mechanical measurement methods. Previous work in a controlled or classified environment.
