Legal Specialist/Attorney

Contact by email or phone Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Law at the heart of the Czech Republic's largest brownfield project. As an in-house counsel, you will provide legal support across our full range of facility and development activities. Every day will bring new challenges—from complex lease agreements and energy law to construction law and management of an extensive real estate portfolio. What awaits you -comprehensive legal support for the company and its management, -preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts, -legal support for major investment and development projects, -lease agreements, real estate, and asset management matters, -corporate matters for commercial entities, -resolution of commercial disputes and communication with external law firms, -legal support for public procurement and tender processes, -compliance, internal policies, and legal risk management, -cooperation with commercial, economic, technical, and investment departments, -monitoring legislative changes and their implementation in company processes, -active participation in strategic company projects. You must have: -university degree in law (Mgr. / JUDr.), -minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or commercial law, -strong knowledge of the Civil Code, Cadastral Act, Construction Act, and tenancy law, -ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see things through to completion, -understanding of project and contract documentation (work agreements, lease agreements, contracts for future contracts).
