We are expanding the team of the Intervention Center of the Ústí Region – we are looking for a lawyer In connection with the growing number of clients, we are expanding the team of the Intervention Center for persons at risk of domestic violence. We are a specialized facility providing professional assistance to persons at risk of domestic violence and the only intervention center in the Ústí Region. Who we are looking for: Graduates or students of upper years of law school. Persons interested in family law, protection of crime victims, and domestic violence issues. Independent, responsible, and empathetic individuals capable of professional approach to clients. Job responsibilities: Providing legal advice to persons at risk of domestic violence. Legal assistance to clients in resolving their situation. Preparation of legal submissions and motions to courts and other institutions. Preparation of motions for interim measures to protect against domestic violence. Preparation of complaints and motions in matters of child custody, divorce, and other family law matters. Education of clients in the area of their rights and protection options. Support for crime victims in navigating criminal and civil proceedings. Cooperation with the Police of the Czech Republic, courts, state prosecution, OSPOD, and other professional institutions. We require: Completed or ongoing studies at a law school. Knowledge of domestic violence issues and protection of crime victims. Knowledge of the law on crime victims. Knowledge of the law on special court proceedings. Knowledge of family law and related legal regulations. Experience with preparation of motions for interim measures to protect against domestic violence. Ability to independently prepare legal submissions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Clean criminal record.
