Here the church is at the heart of the village. The pastorate consists of five congregations with nine churches and has excellent ecumenical cooperation. A Little About Us Aneby pastorate has a strong team spirit characterized by work joy and helpfulness. We meet for morning prayers and a shared breakfast every weekday morning. We consider wellness important for creating a good balance in life. There is an opportunity to partially plan your own workday. There are good opportunities for further education and professional development, such as an annual retreat or similar. Job Responsibilities We are looking for you who find joy in church services and want to develop them together with engaged colleagues and congregation members throughout the pastorate. You will participate in the diocese's major initiative, Focus Confirmand, where you work with colleagues to strengthen the confirmation journey to give young people the opportunity to find a path to faith. We are looking for you who: love God and people are ordained in the Church of Sweden and feel secure in your professional role have good communication skills, both spoken and written are flexible, persistent, structured, and creative value collaboration, create engagement and participation want to help develop services that touch and engage We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
