from: 23/6/2026 We are a social services facility that operates three social services for people with intellectual disabilities mainly in adulthood. We operate a day center, supported housing and respite care service. We offer: - Work of a social worker at the organization office on Fibichova Street 469, Místek - Morning shifts Monday through Friday - Benefits - meal vouchers, FKSP contributions for recreation and other benefits - Meaningful work - Placement in pay grade 10 (Salary is calculated according to Government Regulation No. 531/2021 Coll. Government Regulation amending Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on salary conditions of employees in public services and administration, as amended) The social worker performs the following professional activities in the organization: - Analytical, conceptual and methodological activities in individual and group social work in the social services facility for all three provided services: supported housing, day centers and respite care services - Conceptual activities of social work in the organization - Provides expert socio-legal assistance to people with intellectual disabilities, their families and guardians, provision of basic social counseling - Conducts partial expert social work including ensuring standard documentation of social work in the organization - Creates conditions for involving clients in the social process with the aim of social inclusion also beyond the framework of the social services facility - Communicates with prospective users of the social service - Calculates fees for the provided social service - Communicates with representatives of adjacent municipalities and cities whose residents use our social services - Creates conditions for meeting quality standards of provided services according to the social services law What education and general requirements we require: - According to § 110 of the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Coll. (Professional qualification to practice the profession of social worker is a) higher vocational education obtained by completing an education program accredited according to special legal regulations in fields of education focused on social work and social pedagogy, social pedagogy, social and humanitarian work, social work, socio-legal activities, charitable and social activities, b) university education obtained by studying in a bachelor's, master's or doctoral study program focused on social work, social policy, social pedagogy, social care, social pathology, law or special pedagogy, accredited according to special legal regulations.) - Minimum 2 years of practice in the social field - Legal capacity, clean criminal record and health fitness - Knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended - User knowledge of PC work - Word, Outlook, internet use Who we are looking for - we are looking for a social worker with a receptive approach to people, empathetic understanding, who has drive and willingness to work also with volunteers and cooperate with direct care workers, is responsible, organizationally capable with positive thinking.
