Social Services Worker - Direct Care in Specialized Residential Facility

Start date: 13/7/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Assistance with personal hygiene, transfers to bed or wheelchair, serving meals and drinks. - Assistance with spatial orientation, independent movement in indoor and outdoor spaces, training in simple daily activities to maintain and increase self-sufficiency, practice and reinforcement of motor, mental, and social skills and abilities, client activation. - Maintenance of client personal documentation including setting up and implementing individual plans. Coordination of social services provision for assigned clients. - Accompaniment to medical appointments and activities. - Participation in laundry collection, inspection, storage, minor repairs, and facility cleaning. Requirements: Minimum Requirements: - Professional qualification for the practice of the profession according to Act 108/2006 Coll. - Hepatitis B vaccination - Criminal record check (výpis z RT) submission - Communication skills, pleasant demeanor/conduct - Empathy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to continue learning - PC skills Recommended Requirements: - Experience working with people with mental health conditions - Class B driver's license We Offer: - Comprehensive employee benefits system (regular professional training, 6 weeks of vacation, meal allowance in the form of a flat rate, pension insurance contribution) - Pleasant work environment - 12-hour shifts in continuous shift operations - Employment contract for one year with possibility of extension - Expected start date September 2026.
