Work in a day center with adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities, combined disabilities, or autism spectrum disorder. Job responsibilities: providing basic care, assisting with hygiene and meals, supporting clients in developing independence and social skills, implementing leisure and activation activities based on individual client needs, working with individual plans in an online system. We require: reliability, respectful approach to clients, willingness to learn new things, health fitness and a clean criminal record, education in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll. or the possibility of completing qualifications through a social services worker course after starting. Experience in the field, particularly with people with intellectual disabilities or ASD, is an advantage. Working hours: Monday-Friday, single shift operation, day center hours 7:30-16:00. We offer: 6 weeks of vacation, 3 sick days, discounted meals, professional training, regular supervision, salary increase of 1,500 Kč after completion of probation period, meal vouchers allowance, massages 6 times per year.
