Social Services Worker - Direct Care Section Manager

SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER - DIRECT CARE SECTION MANAGER (RESIDENTIAL HOME WITH SPECIAL REGIME) Job Responsibilities: . management, planning, decision-making, coordination, and oversight of all direct care procedures . methodological leadership of the team . monitoring compliance with social services quality standards . organization and scheduling of shifts . maintenance of documentation and administration related to section operations . cooperation with facility management, health care section, and user families . addressing individual user needs and responsibility for establishing their support and care plans . planning the delivery of social services including their evaluation based on the user's personal goals, needs, and abilities Requirements: . education as per Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services (secondary school / tertiary vocational school / university) . organizational and management skills . good communication skills . ability to lead a team and resolve conflict situations . human approach, responsibility, reliability, and decisiveness . stress resilience . willingness to continue learning . class B driver's license Advantages: . knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended . experience in direct care or social services . team management experience . knowledge of CYGNUS information system We Offer . employment contract for a fixed term of one year with possibility of extension . five weeks of vacation . support for further education . flexible working hours . meal allowance, supplementary pension insurance Salary: According to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended - salary grade 8 + management allowance Start Date: January 1, 2027 Working Hours: Single-shift work schedule / 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Application Submission Method . in person at the secretariat of the contributory organization - office hours Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM . by mail to Sociální služby Šebetov, příspěvková organizace, Mgr.
