Commercial Operations Worker - Assistant Cook

We are hiring an assistant cook for our food service operations at a medical facility. Work in single-shift operations (Monday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM). One week with 5 shifts, the following week with 4 shifts. Assistant duties during meal preparation - peeling potatoes and vegetables, cutting, shredding, portioning salads, spreads, etc. Cleaning food service department areas, washing dishes in the employee dining room, washing dishes from medical departments in industrial conveyor dishwashers. Assistance with portioning food on the plating line. Handling waste from the food service department. On weekends and holidays, handling carts and stainless steel transport containers during meal delivery to medical departments.
