Call Center Agent

Telephone communication with customers, providing information about services, active outreach to potential customers (cold calling), email communication with customers and handling their requests, updating customer data in the internal CRM system, documenting communication progress and recording call results, meeting established performance targets, searching and documenting contacts in the information system, collaboration with other company departments, adherence to internal procedures and communication standards, working with information systems and MS Office (Excel), completing tasks related to the position according to supervisor instructions.
