Customer Support and Marketing Specialist (E-commerce)

We are looking for an experienced team member for our e-shop in Slavičín to support our customers with a marketing component. We operate an online marketplace across multiple European countries and are seeking someone who knows how to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner - someone we can rely on. What you will do - Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat. - Assist with problematic shipments and collaborate with the fulfillment team. - Prepare and manage email campaigns in Ecomail. - Take care of our social media and blog content - create content with the help of AI. - Continuously look for ways to improve our processes. Customer support will be your main focus, but thanks to the marketing component, you'll also have space for your creative side. Who we are looking for - You have experience in customer support and can manage it independently. - You are reliable and careful. You see tasks through to completion. - You communicate excellently in writing - in a friendly, clear, and empathetic manner. - You can work with AI and want to leverage its full potential. You don't need to be an expert, but you should know what it can help you with. - It's a plus if you have experience with Daktela, Ecomail, or similar CRM and marketing tools, and MS Teams for communicating with international colleagues. You don't need to know all the tools in advance. What matters is that you're willing to quickly get up to speed and use them effectively.
