Social Services Worker, specifically a Social Assistant for Shelter House and Night Shelter Services Requirements: • Completed minimum secondary education with a vocational certificate • Advantageous: completed accredited course for social services worker in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll. (can be completed subsequently) • Clean criminal record • Ability to work with socially excluded persons • Knowledge of quality standards in social services • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to pursue further education • Computer literacy • Health fitness; vaccination against Hepatitis B • Group B driver's license We Offer: • Work on a DPP or DPČ basis • Flexible working hours: 12 to 24 hours per week, on-call shifts as needed: shift coverage during vacations, sick leave, training and education of core staff (shift operation - 12 hours, day and night shifts) • Salary: 170 Kč/hour (plus statutory allowances for night shifts, weekends, and holidays) • Statutory vacation entitlement; 5 weeks of vacation • Interesting work in a modern non-profit organization and a pleasant work environment Start date: immediately or by mutual agreement. Agreement will be concluded for a fixed term until September 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
