RESPONSIBILITIES: Works in continuous operation - 12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM; 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM. Including weekends and holidays. In addition to the base salary, bonuses apply for weekends, holidays, night shifts, and risk allowance per bed. REQUIREMENTS: Beyond basic education, a course as a social services worker is required in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., or completion of secondary health school in the healthcare assistant field (or completion of the course within 12 months of starting), criminal record extract, vaccination against hepatitis B, health clearance, and personal qualities for working with seniors WE OFFER: Personal evaluation after probation period, 5 weeks of vacation, 3 recovery days, meal allowance (meal for 37 Kč), financial contributions on life and work anniversaries, benefits from FKSP (recreation, supplementary pension insurance, dental hygiene, etc.), provision of clothing and footwear, option to arrange weekend repairs with employee contribution, free training Employment can be arranged on a part-time basis.
