Join us - we're looking for a personal assistant who will support people with disabilities and seniors in their home environment and during activities outside the home. Full-time and part-time positions available. Your job duties will include: -direct provision of personal assistance services - helping clients in their home environment with everyday activities: -assistance or support with meal preparation and feeding, -assistance or support with dressing and undressing, -assistance or support with independent movement in indoor and outdoor environments, -assistance or support with transfers to bed, wheelchair, -assistance or support with personal hygiene tasks, -assistance or support with household cleaning and maintenance, including shopping, -accompanying the user to school, workplace, doctor's office, or government offices, -help with handling routine matters, -support in ensuring safety and the ability to remain in their natural environment, -other activities as per MPSV regulation no. 505/2006 Coll. The position also includes the possibility of gradual professional growth - more experienced assistants can become key workers and participate in individual service planning with clients. Who we're looking for: -You have a desire to help people and treat them with respect. -You are reliable, independent, and flexible. -Minimum basic education (the position is suitable for graduates as well). -Professional qualification as per law no. 108/2006 Coll. - an accredited course for direct care workers or equivalent is an advantage, not a requirement. We will train you after hiring. However, the course must be completed within 12 months of starting. -Knowledge of issues related to people with disabilities is an advantage; previous experience welcome. -Good health and clean criminal record. Class B driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles advantageous - not required.
