Work Location: Drachtinka Senior Home Hlinsko - Erbenova 1631 Preparation and implementation of activation activities - training motor, psychosocial skills and abilities of clients; creative activities; direct care services; key worker role Salary Classification: Payroll grade 6 (compensation according to Act No. 262/2006 Coll., as amended and Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. on salary conditions of employees in public services and administration, as amended). Employment contract for a primary employment relationship with a fixed term and prospect of indefinite duration. Job Description: - Preparation and implementation of activation activities (training motor and psychosocial skills and abilities of clients) - Creative activities with clients - Direct care services - Key worker role - Maintaining relevant documentation - Single-shift operation Requirements: - Secondary education minimum (vocational certificate) - Completion of an accredited course for social services workers or qualification for healthcare professional in nursing care - Age 18 and over - Work experience in the field (preferred) - Independence, flexibility, empathetic behavior - Good communication skills, courteous conduct - Responsibility, committed work effort and collegiality, teamwork - PC skills - Category B driver's license preferred - Interest in further professional development - Advantage: Knowledge of modern senior care concepts (validation, basale stimulation, memory training, zootherapy) Legal Requirements: - Criminal and moral integrity - Health fitness (vaccination) - Professional qualification according to § 116 subsection 5 of Act No. 108/2006 on Social Services (completion of an accredited training course) Applicants must submit the following documents with their application: - Structured CV including professional knowledge and skills - Copy of highest education certificate - Cover letter, in other words "Why do you want to work with us?"
