Job Responsibilities: Providing necessary care to adults with health conditions and moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, autism, and challenging behavioral needs. Shifts in continuous operation - 11-hour shifts, unevenly distributed working hours. Personal Qualities: Empathy, reliability, stress resilience. Suitable for recent graduates as well.
