Selection Process Schedule: 1st round - written application evaluation by the selection committee 2nd round - personal interviews with selected candidates by arrangement Only selected candidates will be informed about advancement to the 2nd round via telephone or email. If return of personal materials is not requested in the application, they will be destroyed immediately after the selection process ends. Salary Classification: - 4th salary grade (level based on experience - range from 24,930 Kč to 28,280 Kč) - Special allowance 3,280 Kč - Possibility of personal evaluation after probation period Work Schedule: - Continuous operation with unevenly distributed work hours (day and night shifts), Monday-Sunday, including weekends and holidays - Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Description: Providing direct care services in residential social care facilities including training in simple activities, assistance with personal hygiene and dressing, handling equipment and supplies, maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene, supporting independence, enhancing life activities, creating basic social contacts, and meeting psychosocial needs.
