Contact via email or phone. We expect you to provide support and care for clients with intellectual disabilities, helping them live as independently and fully as possible. You will have the opportunity to work with individual clients and support their development while monitoring their progress—in a key worker role. You will have the chance to familiarize yourself with clients in their own environment and help them manage daily challenges both indoors and outdoors. Teamwork awaits you. We require secondary education (including vocational schools) with a background in social or healthcare services being advantageous but not mandatory, empathy and respect for clients' individual needs, reliability, patience, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in social services is a plus but not required. We will train newcomers! Job duties: Providing direct care to clients with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, supporting their independence, training in basic daily activities, assisting with personal hygiene and dressing, handling equipment, tools, and laundry, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Supporting the development, deepening, and reinforcement of basic hygiene and work habits in client care. Collaborating on strengthening clients' social and community contacts (basic educational non-pedagogical activities). A social services worker course is advantageous but not required. Average salary: 36,500,- Kč.
